This release is fully compatible with WordPress 3.0.

Seems as though WP 3 does not like Google Analyticator, Sociable and SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam. I cannot get them to install. Can you help?
Make sure you update those plugins to the latest versions.
I installed the plugin a few days ago and everything seems to be working. How long does it take to start noticing the increase in traffic?
That depends on the content and the keywords you are feeding it… not to mention links, etc.
But with with the right content and keyword selection it should work within a week or two, maybe sooner.

I have installed the plugin but when I go to install the suggested plugins it opens a page 404 not found Here is the link generated by trying to install suggested plugins: http://my-healthandfitness.com/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tgsp_plugins
is this path correct?
The best thing to do is alway check with your host.. they’ll be able to solve things quickly for you.
I have the older version installed. I tried to install the new version, but got this message: Site error: the file /home6/ourdail3/public_html/pumrice/wp-content/plugins/seo-blog/core.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.
I don’t know how to do this.
P.S. I uninstalled the old version and deleted the folder, but the same thing still happens
