You wouldn’t send traffic to those offers directly on the Google content network right?
And, would text looking ads like those get approved on the Google content network?
We don’t use them on google’s network personally, but I know people that do create image ads for google that are designed to look like text ads and they work well… I just don’t think they are this “chunky”.
No doubt that video is great and very informative. I always believe that I am a SEO expert, but after going through your video I discovered some tips that I have not tap.

tried out the “… sucks!” approach and instantly got that one shut down by Google as inappropriate.
So I guess you need to have a history of doing ads with them before they allow you to take the “…. sucks!” approach?

PS: the whole open-X thing is only needed when doing ads on my own blogs, right? Or do you also use it for some kind of tracking when you’re sending traffic straight to an affiliate offer?

my main pb is that they’re disallowing my redirects (I tried something like your jjlikes.com/….), but that got disallowed straight away.
Unfortunately, the straight affiliate link is > 35 chars long, so: any thought as to why they accept your jjlikes.com/… redirect?

They don’t like, or even allow you to link directly to an affiliate offer… sounds like that is your issue.
You need to develop your own site dedicated to the affiliate offer, or other affiliate offers that you send them to… don’t link directly to the affiliate offer.
They visit your site first and then click off you site to the affiliate offer.

like on pg 4 of your PDF you give the link http://www.jjlikes.com/spfdw which is Don’s landing page and is obviously on a totally different domain from jjlikes.
That’s the one I don’t understand — is it because you’ve already spent gazillions of $$$ with them that they let you get away with it?

I’m not usin google for the ad… I’m using my own ad network.
But google will let you use redirects, just not straight to an affiliate offer.

affiliate marketing is the way to go… no website necessary… just use the free sites like facebook, youtube, twitter, squidoo, wordpress.com, etc.
Make sure you also download my free traffic launcher formula cheat sheets… many people have old me they have had HUGE success just with that strategy alone.
Don’t worry about making your fortune at first.. just shoot for your first affiliate sale, learn from your mistakes… and grow from there.
