There are a few hundred of them sending traffic for the launch but really only 20 or so that are sending big traffic… that’s the way it always is in any market.

I installed your traffic getting plugin to my new domain/autoblog two to three weeks ago, did very very little to no promotion and just made google number 1 today for main keyword out of over 3 million results! I believe the only thing extra i did was ping an rss feed, got about 5 back links. Nothing else… Everyone listen to this guy, he walks the walk and talks the talk.

Kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth after paying the full amount last December. I know that is business but if you bought a car/house/clothing and then say the price plummit, you would feel a little ripped off as well

Sounds good Jeff..Thanks for the info. Few quick questions -
1.You mentioned that the process sheets can be given to outsourced staff. Are the process sheets step by step and include evrything or will my staff has to refer videos also?
2. Some of the initial stuff you mentioned looks to be more for newbie marketers, like installing wordpress etc. Is there any facility where the experienced folks can directly join more advance stuff so that they don’t have to go through the initial modules?
Jeff Johnson: The process sheets themselves are enough for each step they are illustrating, but not all steps have process sheets so they may need the videos.
As for accessing the content more quickly… there is 38 hours of video in module 1 alone so I doubt you’ll need faster access.
Each module has the newbie stuff in addition to the higher strategy level stuff.
But at this low of a price point I can’t give you full access to all the content at once… not to mention I’ve learned that by doing so i confuse the hell out of most people
I may decide to throw in an option for accessing most of the material upfront like I have in the past… If I do it would be at a higher level than our most affordable plan.

Jeff Johnson: I can’t guarantee you’ll make anything. The first training module is all about how to “Think Like Jeff Johnson” which is the most important part of the process.. speaking from experience.
But it’s not designed as a “cash flow” module.
I do outline product creation case studies and do market research, etc in module 1. but it’s all up to you to apply it and actually do something with it.
Can you… absolutely, will you… who knows.

One other question. Are the modules of Underground Training Lab 2.0 quite different (completely new) compared to the 1.0 version?
And what else are the exact differences (especially between 1.0 and the Platinum version of 2.0).
Jeff Johnson: UTL 2.0 are the same modules but they’ve been updated with new material… we add new mateial to existing modules and add new modules to the club.
1.0 was a “live” program where we delivered 2 modules a month for 3 months.
Plus I hosted bi-weekly training calls for 1.0.
But most people told me they needed more time for the modules and between the calls.
They also wanted a lower price with less committment.
So we’ve listended to the people and changed UTl 2.0 to one module a month for the first 6 months, no dvds, fewer training calls, and no long term committment upfront (1.0 was 1200 to 2000 upfront, or on payments)
Platinum Plus Player’s Club is new for UTL 2.0. It is the only place where they can ask me direct questions in a forum (with the exception of my 5k WDIFY program which is currently full and not offered).
Platinum Player’s also receive access to the first 7 modules by the second month where the regular diamond only gets access to the first 2 modules by month 2.
Player’s also get to hang out with me at 3 or 4 mastermind meetings each year, they receive free DVDs sets every 3 or 4 months while in the club, and faster access to the software I give the members.

Jeff Johnson: If you are already in UTL 1.0 you have access to all the content.
UTL 2.0 is for new people and is designed to offer a lower price.
There are also two levels of 2.0 that offer accelerated access to the other modules just like utl 1.0.
So you should be all set.

A few questions:
(1) Do you cover most of the natural SEO techniques inside the first 6 modules?
Jeff Johnson: Each module deals with a specific topic, if that topic requires seo, then it is covered.
And we are constantly updating and adding new content so it’s tough to say. The first 6 are the basic foundation from training modules but there are dozens of hours video and audio, and thousands of pages of content outside the first 6.
(2) In case we stop the membership after at least 6 months, do we still have access to those modules that we own, or we are out of the system for good? Can we own the Affiliate Traffic Machine Pro after some point?
Jeff Johnson: The higher priced levels in the past, and the current platinum levels have dvd copies of the first 7 modules. But you can download the pdf and audio files while a member and they are your to keep. ATM Pro is your to keep while a member. once you quit I’ll waive the upfront fee but ask you to pay the monthly charge if you quit, currently $20..
(3) Just to clarify, for the 6 month prepaid Diamond level, on the sales page, it said “Then starting 30 days from now I’ll allow you to automatically charge my credit card for another $199 a month….”. Do we got charged after 30 days, or 6 months from now?
Jeff Johnson says: Whoops, that got changed somewhere along the way by accident. you get 6 months as it says, and you don’t have to pay again until the end of your 6 months. Thanks for pointing that out.

Jeff Johnson: Module 7 on the DVDs and in the club is about building joomla based sites.
As for waiving the refund to receive all the modules… that’s not the issue.
the issue is that after 3 1/2 years of running a coaching club (4 total) I’ve learned a few things..
and one of them is that providing a structured environment for learning helps my clients be much more successful.
when I give them all the tools at once they seem to skip the most important part… why we do what we do.. which is build a business with the traffic we receive.
So the best solution I’ve found it to “force” people to cover the most important module.. .module 1… by only giving them access to it the first month.
There is enough video content alone in module 1 to fill 38 full DVDS… that’s more than worth the $199 price of admission and the patience i’m asking my clients to have.
Module 1 is truly the most valuable module in the entire membership site… it’s all about “How To Think Like Jeff Johnson”.
I’ll see what I can do about releasing the software a little earlier… but I doubt I’ll allow full access to all modules right upfront… it just causes too many issues when I do…. like people not paying attention to it and rushing straight into building sites for the sake of building sites instead of using them to build or support a real long term online business.

But assuming :
someone who has already setup multiple WP blogs before,
AND
has learned “How To Think Like Jeff Johnson”,
which other modules of UTL2.0 are required to successfully use the WP + TGSP Pro plugin combo ?
I read your honest answer to #35.
But in the brief outline of module 1 there, you didn’t mention traffic and conversion.
I use Market Samurai almost daily for research.
But I can’t believe that it’s just a matter of finding the right keywords with MS, and feeding them to your plugin and WP blog.
I’m looking for quick mastery of finding highly targeted traffic, and forcing double digit conversion rates on this traffic.
Which modules teach traffic (or TGSP Pro), and which teach conversion ?
