Hey Jeff,

Hope all is well…

I have installed the TGSP Pro Edition, which I received has a bonus.

It is really cool…

I am having an issue with it though.

There seems to be a problem with the tweaks that are applied to the “sociable plugin”.

The Pownce, TwitThis and the YahooMyWeb icons do not appear (written words instead).

And they don’t link out, instead they link to the page that you are on at that moment.

It seems pownce.com is closed, yahoomyweb is relaunching?
Not sure why TwitThis doesn’t work.

I was thinking that it is from the “sociable plugin” itself.
So I have upgraded to the latest version.

Anyways, when I tick them off in the settings area, I go back to Traffic Getting and I am no longer fully optimized with 10 tweaks to be applied.

So when I apply the tweaks these social links go back to my pages going nowhere.

Can you please advise?

I understand you have an update out or in the process of…

Will we be getting the TGSP Pro Ed update to resolve anytime soon?

In which would resolve this clitch.

Or you could send it out and then the upgrade when it is cleared?

We never set a delivery date… but it will be less than 2 weeks after LT gave us our buyer’s list…. I’d say that’s reasonable

Hi Jeff,

Do you have a reliable way to contact Mike Filsaime… I’ve tried their Launch Tree support email address several times without any replies!

In contrast, they have been able to send me countless offers for other peoples products, though I have yet to receive my login details for LaunchTree.

I have to say I’m not impressed by their service thus far. I only ordered to get your professional blog plugin.

If I had a direct way to share these thoughts with the Lauch Tree I would, unfortunately this public ‘airing’ of my frustration with this offer will have to do for now.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would pass on my concerns to the LaunchTree team when you have a free moment.

I suspect I’m not the only one who feels ‘locked out’.

I purchased LT through your link and still haven’t gotten the professional plug-in. I see that you are updating it this week. I’m quite excited to get it. In fact, I only ordered LT for your bonus! I use your free plug-in in all my blogs already. I can’t wait to see how the professional version works!

How much longer do you think it will be?

Jeff Johnson: The new funtiionality is a huge improvement for the pro version… but it’s completely new so it has to go through extnesive testing first.

We launch UTL 2.0 on the 4th so it may actually be next week before we actually get it out.

If we can’t fully test the new feature before then, we’ll just issue the old version… but you’d miss out on the updgrade if we do that.

But it is definitely worth the wait, trust me
