Yep, I use Host Gator for all of my 5 websites. I use the Baby Croc Option and have not had any problem with them or even their tech support.

Their LIVE chat has always worked for me. Instant answers.

I have 5 domains in my Hostgator account. Have had great support. The one I like the most is the live chat. I have used it during the weekends and sometimes at 3 in the morning. There is always somebody to help you at any time. I also recommend this hosting to my lists above all others.

I’ll have to agree that Hostgator is GREAT.
I have a baby croc account myself, and it works grat for all of my sites. ( I have 10 or so)

And one of the reasons I love them is actually their support!

They get a commission for answering tickets based on the customers’ rating, so they HAVE to be good.

So I also recommend Hostgator to my readers for a reason.

@ Kyleb – You’ve probably just been unlycky, or you haven’t asked the right questions. A company this big KNOW their business.

I’m totally disappointed in the Host Gator service. It’s been 12 hours and I still don’t have a log in so I can post my website. The technical support staff seems totally clueless. I’m glad I can support Jeff’s affiliate but you should be more careful what you promote. They have no clue.

Hi Jeff,
This Hostgator is a pretty good company, but this is a tragic con that demeans everyone around it.
(Including your normally excellent info!)
It is 1cent for 1 month and only for 1 domain.
Doesn’t do anyone in the trade any good…

Normally I don’t pursue this sort of thing, but I’m used to good stuff from you!
