Uh, Jeff – I just watched your video – got to say I love the way your rolling it out (even if it does lack actual meat for me sink my teeth into) – however, I got to wonder – why is your kitchen in an apartment?
If your succesful, I would imagine you would have a home? I could be wrong – but if you could clear up how if your rocking it – you live in an apt?
Thanks!

That’s my 3 story office building. I own it.
Bought it when I was my only employee .. just wanted a place to get away and work and made $278,000 in a single day so I had the cash.
two years out of college I owned a vacation home on Grand Traverse Bay in MI, and a 52,000 car.
Wore 2k dollar suits… bought them four at a time.
Now that I’m really successful I don’t shave and wear jeans and t shirts, and I drive a SUV.
once I started making real money I just didn’t care any more.
More importantly, once I was blessed with children everything became about them, and less about me.
But I do own my own office building… that’s my office kitchen in the videos.

Hi Jeff,
Is it only my computer or are there so many people on the video right now that it is skipping at many intervals. It sounds like a new style of morse code or something. Just fyi.

Jeff Says: I doubt it was the server load, it’s hosted on a dedicated quad core with 8 gigs of ram and raid drives. But you never know

Jeff,
Will you offer this training without all of the extra support for those of us who are already “techies” at a discounted price?
Jeff Johnson says: I never really thought about that. Good idea.

Where can I get me one of those hyper active juiced up machines? Seems like I am always running on low. Anyway, we’re just waiting for this whole opportunity to go live – and good luck with everything, including the launch.

Thanks Jeff for all the great information.
On this last video I can’t find the play button.
7 N. Daniel // Dec 4, 2008 at 2:45 pm
Hey, Jeff and staff….wrote you yesterday. Can’t view the video to find out about your offer. How long does it take? I’ve waited now 10 minutes. All I have is a black box with no play controls. When I click into it, nothing happens. Same problem yesterday. And also a problem with hearing the 70k story. Couldn’t play it past a couple of minutes. A scratching sound was heard and suddenly the no more audio. Now after 15 minutes a video appeared, but it’s too jerky. Can’t hear or see it play steadily. I’m on a 2007 Mac Book Pro with 2 gigs of memory. Also using Time Warner hi-speed internet service–Road Runner it’s called. What do you advise?
Jeff says: Sorry, we don’t really use macs. Sounds like a flash problem. Update flash. or use a new browser.
Hope it helps.

Hi Jeff,
I’ve been skipping back and forth waiting for your email so that I can jump in. This is really exciting but frustrating at the same time. I’ve never been so eager to get anything like this for the last 3 yrs of ‘trying’ to get it right on the internet. I’m praying I’m not going to be to late (like a few thousand others doing the same). Man are you going to be overwhelmed when this is available! I just hope I’m one of the lucky ones.
Take care Jeff … oh, and I’m sure 2009 will be an even better year for you, good luck.

3 pm has come and gone and I have not seen the ‘Early Bird’ Coaching Club email.
Woe is me.
I saw a Frank Kern email that I was ‘already in,’ but apparently not.
Jeff Johnson says: 1shoppingcart was experiencing a dealy of 45 minutes for reporting orders at launch time.
They process our orders so we couldn’t go live until they processed the test orders.
But the early bird letter was the first to go live… it was actually posted at 2pm but we had to wait for th 1sc to confirm our test orders before sending out the links.
Sorry!

Jeff,
I’m curious about how many other software programs / tools I’ll need to buy as part of the coaching plan if I want to do business as you do.
For example, will there be a need to invest in TKP, or is this (or similar tool) included in the membership? I know you talk about GTT, CB Engine, Easy Click Mate and likely TG as well. I’m sure there are other programs as well that I’m not yet aware of.
So, what is the bottom line we are talking about here in addition to the initial fee and your monthly membership fee?
Thanks much – I’ve enjoyed watching your videos and am ready to make the move to join, but I’d really like to know what the actual investment will end up being.
Hal

Hi Jeff,
I’m a computer engineer with 10 years of web development experience. I don’t want some of the beginner stuff or software but do want to take your marketing and traffic advice? Can I get bare-bones deal, reduces price?
thanks and great stuff
Jeff Johnson says: I’m not set up for that right now. but one of the benefits is being able to use my material to train new employees to do the work for you.
I’ll see what I can come up with for others like you.

i thought there was a limit on how many people you were accepting? just another example of using time squeeze when you do a product launch. i wonder how many people pay $5000.
Jeff JOhnson says: There is a limit on how many people I am accepting.
That’s why in the past I’ve always closed the club down to new members, sometime as long as 18 months.
I’ve been running an online coaching club for 3 continuous years.
Believe me, I’ll know when we have enough people, and I’ll close it down, again.
However, I have a full time staff now that helps with the technical support and questions so it allows me to provide more service than ever to my clients.

so how many people joined your $5000 private coaching club? not too many? since the doors are still open. seems like everyone is coming out with a private coaching club these days.
Jeff Johnson says: Gee, I’ve been running a successful online coaching club continuously for three years now.
I have full time programmers, help desk managers, help desk employees, site builders, an operations manager, admin assistants, video editors, graphic designers… a dozen or so others on staff to help me run my coaching program.
And when they work too hard, I bring in my independent contractors that have been trained by me to help, and I hire new staff.
Do you think after three years of running a successful online coaching program….. maybe I’ve scaled up my operations with enough staff and hardware to handle more than a few hundred people at one time?
Only an idiot wouldn’t plan for that…
But yes, there are only so many people we can handle in wdify, and that’s almost full… again.
And I’m sure my servers will start to get slow after too many people are in at the lower levels.
when that happens I close it down to new people, same as I’ve always done.
But thanks for asking.
