Jeff’s Video Response to your questions about his Private Coaching Club:

Ok, so many of you have been asking questions about my Underground Training Lab Private Coaching Club that my help desk just can’t possibly keep up.

It hasn’t been open to new students since last June but we are about to open up the doors again… but not everyone will be able to get in.

So I guess the best way to tell you about it, is to simply answer any questions you may have about it.

So here’s what it’s all about in a nutshell… it includes everything I share with you on my blog and on my mailing list… multiplied by a thousand…  More Traffic, More Leads, More Money.

More importantly… 95% of the content in my Coaching Club has never been shared with the public and can’t be found on this blog.

So if you’d like to submit your questions as comments to this post… I’ll do my best to answer them for you.

Note: The questions started pouring in seconds after I made this post, and more just keep pouring in.

I’ll review all of them starting tomorrow and answer as many as I can.

Keep on submitting your questions about my private coaching club,  but they won’t show up until I have a chance to review them.

Hey Jeff, thanks for all the great vids and info, I’ve been devouring for the last week.
Your coaching sounds great…who gets in?
    How much?
    When does it start?
    …so many questions.
    thanks

    Jeff,
I want personal coaching from you. Is that part of the program. I am a Dan Kennedy IBA in Oakland County and need your help and guidance to start an internet business.

Jeff Johnson says: Yes, there are two levels. The first includes live coaching calls or webinars every two weeks; you can ask me anything you want on the calls.

The second involves direct access to me daily in the private forums where you can ask me for help with just about anything, plus my personal website builders build websites for you, help design your banners, your headers, install software and such.

Both included direct access to my guys in the techincal forums.

I would like to know how to embed a video in my blog.

Jeff Johnson says: Google it and you’ll find tons of tutorials. All you have to do is embed the code in your post.

  • 5 Mark // Nov 29, 2008 at 10:26 pm

    Jeff

Do you have an Agenda and a Cost for the course please

    Many Thanks

  • 6 Pete Bass // Nov 29, 2008 at 10:28 pm

How much and will you be taking payments? I haven’t worked for over a month. I am filing my first unemployment claim tomorrow.
I would like to be in a position that I would not have to go back to a JOB.

    Jeff Johnson says:

Sorry, but I can’t guarantee you’ll make any money with our system.

We have hundreds of great success stories, but we also people that have never done anything with what they’ve been taught.

My advice is to work on getting a job first. And once you do then you’ll have the luxury of spending your nights and weekends learning and applying this stuff.

I started my online business with a full time job, a pregnant wife, a 1 year old, and I personally remodeled our entire house at the same time.

But I was driven to succeeed so I spent all my free time building my business.

Once it took off I quit my job and didn’t have to work hard for the next few years raising my children and living the dream.

But I didn’t quit my job until after I knew I had made it online.

Don’t give up your job search. Do that first, and then make the committment to learn from me when we reopen down the road.

When will you be telling us more about reopening the Underground Lab?

Is there an advance notice list?

Jeff Johnson says: This blog post is about reopening my Underground Training Lab Private Coaching Club.

Anyone that has signed up for the Free SEO Blog Software will be given a chance to join the club early.. unless it sells out again.

    Just Google this:
“embed a video in my blog html code” and you will get lots of code to use and step by step guides.

    Hi Jeff,

I guess the most important questions from me is when are you planning to launch the coaching course and whats the cost and duration.

I am right in the middle of a mind bang in PLF 2.0 and also Stomping the search engines 2.0 so I am a busy guy. Oh and not to mention Trafficsecrets 2.0 as well.

Jeff Johnson says: Been there, done that. That’s why I have it set up for a live call every two weeks for 12 weeks.

Access to the membership site and the content for each training module 24 hours a day for the first 3 months.

ANd then we ship you interactive tutorial dvds for your home library to refer to long after the course is done.

    Hey Jeff -

I am excited about this info that your putting out. I’ve often heard that it is best to host your own sites so this is great.

I just downloaded your software and about to dive in to get my blog hosted with it. I’m no techy but the videos look like they will be a good guide.

I’ll let you know how it goes.

Thanks again for the great info!

    Hi Jeff Johnson,

Can you give your thoughts on mini web sites Vs traditional websites, which one of the two gives more traffic, more leads and more money?

Jeff Johnson says: mini-sites are used to create a tightly-focused sales funnel.. they are designed to make the sale and not generate a ton of free search engine traffic.

traditional websites can do the same, but they can also have substantially more pages and content, and generate substantially more traffic.. you need pages and content to generate free traffic.

Unless you get referrrals from other sites and lots of link love.

  • 14 Paul // Nov 29, 2008 at 11:43 pm

Hi Jeff - Thanx, will keep it to the point.

    1. Where ie Physically or virtual, Full/Part time?
    2. Cost ? All up front or payment plan.
    3. Levels ? ( Just started )
    4. Period of Training.
    5. If virtual, by tele/webinars, email,
    6. Real life case studies ? Homework ?!

Serious Q . I am from Oz and 47, have the money, time avail to support myself and want to learn fast. Can I come and be a tea boy for 3-6 months ? Unpaid, committed., not a time waster. I am in IL January/flexible. Cheers.
(Did this site in an hr the hard way this w/end, trying to upload ur SEO but DB/SQL probs)

Jeff Johnson says: It’s a combination of virtual and real product.. we send you everything on interactive training DVD’s ,as well as give you access to it in the membeship site.

It’s also live with access for help in the forums and on live teleseminars and/or webinars.

Case studies but no true “homework”.. but we cover each training module separately so it all builds a foundation.

The course will be 12 weeks of live training and access to the membership site.

Two levels. The highest one includes my guys building websites for you guys.

  • 15 Ken Germann // Nov 29, 2008 at 11:55 pm

    Hi Jeff!

Love the content you’ve been putting out, but I’ve got only *ONE* question: What is the price??

Whatever the price ends up being, I am sure that the value will far outweigh it, for sure.

Just need to know if I even stand a chance of affording it!

    All my best!

    Ken Germann

Jeff Johnson says: I have’t set the price yet. But I do know we’ll have affordable payment plan options for those that would like them.

Will there be information about Adsense?
How to increace CTR, get higher paying clicks and generate more traffic to sites monetized with Adsense and other contextural ad networks?

    Jeff Johnson says: Absolutely

    Thanks

I tried downloading the SEO free blog software, and it did not download. I also sent a message about this last week. This is the second message I am sending. I am really interested in getting this software, and also interested in Jeff Johnson’s Private Coaching Club. I feel this is a valuable coaching class for internet business people.

Anthony Montalbano says: By clicking on the link in the email it should take you to a password protected page. Manually type in the username and password to login. In the middle of the page is a link to download a zip (compressed file). Use an extraction software such as Winzip or Winrar. (Most Operating Systems have a built in extraction program, so you may not need a third-party extraction program).

Once you have extracted the files, there should a folder of files. To continue the installation, follow this video and step-by-step instructions here: http://www.undergroundtraininglab.com/2/seo-wordpress-installation/

  • 19 Bill // Nov 30, 2008 at 12:19 am

    Jeff,
What are the requirements to join you club?
Thanks for the great program and the notes.
    Bill

    Jeff Johnson says:

You have to be able to follow step-by-step written process sheets, learn from video tutorials, and you have to be willing to learn how to “think like Jeff Johnson”… literally… our entire first Training Module is designed to help you start thinking like a successful internet marketer… me :)

Listen, when I first started I couldn’t even ftp up a single page to my website. And within 5 months I was killing it in 5 different “fields” of internet marketing…

    1. Adsense
    2. PPC
    3. SEO
    4. Affiliate Products like ebooks and such.
    5. Affiliate programs like amazon.com selling real stuff to real people.

I’m not kidding, I coudn’t even ftp up a single web page months after I started online.

So if I can do it, you can do it.

  • 20 Louis // Nov 30, 2008 at 12:27 am

After I uploaded the files, and tried to access the page from my website it wouldn’t work. How can you help me fix this

Anthony Montalbano says: There could be a lot of things that maybe missing. First off, did you make sure that your webhost was setup correctly? Did you setup your nameservers for your domain? Does your webhost recognize your domain?

Try to go to yourdomain.com/readme.html. Do you see a Wordpress readme file? If not then check back with your nameservers and make sure that is working correctly. If you can see the readme file, go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/install.php. Does it bring you to the Wordpress install page? If so, continue with installation, if not, try to re-upload all of the files and try to install again.

This should give you a quick overview on how to troubleshoot your possible issues with getting your site up. Hope this helps!

  • 21 Graham // Nov 30, 2008 at 1:18 am

Hi Jeff, I have just launched an online bookshop in Australia. Will your training program work with this “traditional” site as well as an information product site.
I need serious help with all aspects of SEO to
get traffic in a very competitive industry

    Jeff Johnson says:

We teach you how to get more traffic to your website, and how convert it into more leads and more sales.

It doesn’t really matter which software you use or your type of business.

Our stuff lends itself very well to an online store.

And one thing is for sure… with books you never have a shortage of content to use to help attract the search engines and the clients!

  • 22 Lance Verster // Nov 30, 2008 at 2:21 am

    Hi, Jeff
I must say since getting the seo blog software,I have Googled you to find as much info about you and your products as possible.I have watched your youtube videos and mailed your helpdesk often.
I have added you as a friend on Facebook to enable me to view more info from you.

What is very clear to me is that what you present is very different from the info that generally is available on the net.

I have purchased many so called Guru’s products and the majority of it has beem re-hashed in some form or the other. There almost always seems to be something missing, as if the last piece of the puzzle is gone.

If the free content that you provide is this good, then the other info that you provide in your coaching club will blow my socks off.
My only question is; Where do I sign up?

    Jeff Johnson convert for life!
    Regards,
    Lance

Jeff Johnson says: Great, you had better be ready to make the move, fast, on December 4th, because that’s when we open.

The people who have signed up for the Free SEO Blog Software will be given a chance to join just a little bit earlier.

So keep an eye out for that email!

  • 23 yousef // Nov 30, 2008 at 2:36 am

    Hello Jeff,

Your videos are awesome. Content is unbelieveable.

I got the 30dc special where you shared your $5000 program. Amazing stuff.

Question for the private coaching club.

    1) does it included all the tools that we will require to create everything i.e making the site, promoting it? i.e. no additional cost after being accepted?

Jeff Johnson says: New users who join quickly will receive:

    a. Free copy of the Professional Version of our free seo blog software (much more powerful and up-to-date)

    b. $1 copy of our ATM PRO software that is free for as long as you remain a member of the club (this is the software we use to build auto-publishing blogs, and extract long-tail keywords from data feeds with).

    c. Plus we have a few other new products in development that will be available for free to my club members.

But most of the tools and techniques we teach revolve around other people’s free software and we’ll train you how to use them more effectively .

    2) how quickly can you monetize a niche from start to finish with the coaching club?

Jeff Johnson says: We’ve released case studies that show they can generate thousands of visitors and sales within the first 30 days.

But THERE ARE NO earning Guarantees. You results will vary.

We simply show you exactly how we do it and provide you with the tools to have you or your workers do it for you. Unless you are in the We Do It For You” level; at that level you still pick the markets and write the copy and such, but we build the sites for you.

    3) Who should apply for the coaching?

Jeff Johnson says: anyone looking for more traffic , more leads, more money.

Our material has been proven to work for newbies (see the case studies and the testimonials), but you really need to have a basic understanding of computers and the internet to make it work from a technical standpoint.

And you really need to understand that it’s all about marketing. You don’t build sites for the sake of building sites, you do it to grow and support your business.

    Thank you!

  • 24 Ramzi // Nov 30, 2008 at 2:41 am

    Hi Jeff,
My targetd audience are the Middle eastern people living around the planet (including teh middle east). Can your system help me targetting this demography?
    Thanks

Jeff Johnson says: My systems teach you how to get more traffic and convert it into more sales.

    You pick the markets.

I don’t really work with demographic marketing, I just go where the money is and figure out how to get some of it … and that’s what I teach my clients :)

  • 25 Dale // Nov 30, 2008 at 3:16 am

    Hey Jeff,
In one of your youtube videos, you implied how you have clients that you help with product creation in a consulting method. How does this work? On what sort of scale would you charge clients for this type of service?

Hope you can answer my question,
    Regards,
    Dale

Jeff Johnson says: Yes, I do help some of my clients create products, but those are my 15k, and 25k coaching clients.

This coaching club doesn’t cost anywhere near that.

However, for the top level of this club, the “We Do It For You” level, I don’t write sales letters, optin forms, or create the actual product.

But I do offer them feedback on anything they’d like in the private forums, do website reviews for them, and we do build their websites for them.

Better yet, quite a few of the even less expensive levels of my club have used my stuff to launch products that generated 50 -70k in 2 weeks or less.

Others just set up a few extra thousand dollars a month, and others don’t succees at all :)

It all comes down to applying what you learn, and asking for personal help from me when you have the chance.

My comment to you is only one let you help more people to know your Training becouse only GOD CAN GIVE YOU MORE POWER TO LIVE ON THIS WORLD SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW MORE ABOUT YOUR SITE PLEASE

Anthony Montalbano says: We will continue to feature new content on this blog as well as share more details with you on the launch of Underground Training Lab. Please make sure to get the free SEO blog software now and wait for December 4th for the launch.

  • 27 Andrew // Nov 30, 2008 at 6:09 am

How do I install yahoo pipe on the blog? Thanks for your help. Please also let me know when the Jeff Johnson’s Private Coaching Club will be open to public

    Jeff Johnson says:

We do have a free tool to use for experienced users only:
    Yahoo Pipes RSS Content Tool

And my private coaching club opens back up on December 4th, it’s the first time we’ve accepted new students in almost 6 months.

  • 28 jonhb // Nov 30, 2008 at 7:42 am

Is the coaching only aimed at those that have wordpress blogs like your free seo software?

Jeff Johnson says: No, the majority of my coaching has nothing to do with blogs.

It’s all about getting more free traffic from different sources, and blogs are just a small part of that.

It’s also about converting that traffic into lead and sales.

Developing products, learning how to think like a money-making marketer, and run your online business the right way.

You can apply my techniques to static sites, other blogs, dynamic sites, clickbank, PPC, etc.

If you need to get more traffic and make more sales then my program applies to you.

  • 29 The Boss // Nov 30, 2008 at 8:02 am

    Jeff,

I’m not at all impressed with your SEO blog software. You just packed and distributing Wordpress and some freely available plugin… and calling it as “seo blog software” ;)

Jeff Johnson says: Great, I’m glad to hear you have plenty of time and the experience to hunt down plugins that work, intsall them one by one, test them on hundreds of websites, and properly configure each one by hand… it can be very, very time consuming for most people.

Not to mention troubleshoot them all when one update causes problems with the other plugins.

And hire a fulltime staff that does nothing but work with this stuff so they can help my clients out.

Plus… it’s not just about the plugins, it’s also about the tutorials and the training.

I’m just trying to help by giving back… I had to spend hundreds of hours learning this stuff on my own.

Most of us appreciate shortcuts that save us time and money, I know I do.
Hey, I’ve seen people sell wp themes for $67 a month, or even $295 upfront.

At least this one is free… but you should see the professional version I give to my coaching clients as a bonus ;)

  • 30 Nicole Dunham // Nov 30, 2008 at 9:18 am

I am not a programmer and all the information you have on your site
seems like another language. The bottom line is-I don’t get it. I have
no idea how to put your software on my site or how to implement a blog
on my site to increase traffic. Because I am a novice and I don’t have
any technical skills, I feel like I am missing out. What do you have
available for people like me who have a website and don’t have traffic
and have no clue as to how to apply your system to increase the
traffic. Thank you for your time.

Jeff Johnson says: We do what we can to make our free stuff as user friendly as possible. But you really only see 1/1000 of the material and help we give our private coaching clients.

Our private coaching club material is literally step-by-step and is designed for both newbies and for experienced marketers that wish to use our training material to train their own staff.

In fact, we use our coaching club material to train our own staff… that’s why we develop it.

There’s much more to it than installing software, our training material is also about driving more traffic, developing profitable products, developing the “make money” mindset, increasing your conversions, making more sales, and having someone to help you out along the way.

I have 4 full time staff members that spend their days in our private coaching client forums and helping you solve your technical issues.

And I’m available to everyone on our bi-weekly calls for personal help, or almost dailly in the private forums if you join the highest level of the private coaching club.

  • 31 Dr Charles Parker // Nov 30, 2008 at 10:07 am

    Jeff,
You have some great ideas, love the wordpress optimization tho am a newbie over there,

Downloaded your software, can’t seem to fire it up on Mac?
    cp

Jeff Johnson says: We’ve never tested it on a mac.. we just bought our first two for the office.

I’ll have to get back to you on this one.

But the software itself runs on a sever. SO as long as you can load it up to the server you’ll be all set.

  • 32 Liam // Nov 30, 2008 at 10:26 am

    Hi Jeff,

I would be interested in the coaching club, this coming from a mature student who has just p[assed his Hons degree in IT but feels like he learnt very little.

Do not even know how to get your free software up and running even though i have looked up the FAQ. Just starting out into this area (SEO, Marketing etc) your info looks good and you seem like someone that people can believe in, not like many Guru’s etc on the net.

Jeff Johnson says: Great, one of our coaching clients that we just did a case study with told us…

His pregnant wife was orderd to bed-rest by her doctor.

She had never done anything online before other than check her email.

My coaching client gave his wife our step-by-step tutorials from the private coaching club.

And she was able to install an enterprise class ad-serving network for his websites, set up optin pages, and then they used my techniques to improve their optin rate over 500%.

So if a bed-ridden pregnant newbie can use follow our step by step tutorials… you should have no problem!

  • 33 Kim S. // Nov 30, 2008 at 11:38 am

Is the SEO blog software only for Windows, or is it also Mac compatible?

Jeff Johhson says: It’s not really dependent on the computer; it is server based.

You may not be able to manipulate the package on your desktop, but once you find a way to load it up to your server you’ll be all set.

  • 34 Bernadette // Nov 30, 2008 at 2:19 pm

I took a bit of trial and error, but I got your blog software up and running without too much difficulty. I thought your tutorial on setting it up was very clear and easy to follow.

Thanks for all your free information. It is more than I can assimilate all at once, but I am learning a lot!

Jeff Johnson says: Our private coaching client material is even more insanely detailed step-by-step. You’ll love it.

    Don’t worry about being overwhelmed.

We teach everything in self-contained training modules. Each one leads to the next one so you know everything you need to know before we move on to the next one.

Better yet, you’ll have 24 hour access to the latest newest in the membership site, and we send you all the training material on interactive DVDs so even after the training is over you’ll be able to review it on DVD any time you’d like.

  • 35 Nick // Nov 30, 2008 at 5:55 pm

Just have a few questions… are you going to offer a 30- or 60-day trial for your Coaching Club?

Jeff Johnson says: I normally offer at least a 30 day money back guarantee on my products.

I know that you often bring up Traffic Geyser. How much would you push buying this subscription for a newbie with a small monthly allowance?

Jeff says: Most of the software we use in the club is software I give to you as part of the membership, or free software that anyone can use. I do recommend other programs such as TG, and we train you to use them, but I also recommend the use of tubemogul, which is free.

Your choice, we just happened to use TG long before I recommneded it to my clients and we still pay for it to this day because it works.

Similarly, you talk a lot about outsourcing to third parties. You don’t recommend this to newbies do you?

Jeff says: I recommend that newbies first learn how to do a lot of this stuff themselves so they see how it works, but absolutely… everyone should outsource the non-revenue producing work as soon as they can so they can concentrate on the marketing aspect of the business.

Last: Commission Junction. For a newbie, you said it might be great to promote ‘real products to real people’ …but that was earlier in the year. With some of the new things to promote, do you still recommend this as a first step? And if so, would you just set up 1 blog, 2 blogs, or any combination with a static page if this is your strategy?

    Thanks!

Jeff says: I’m not sure what you mean by “new things to promote” but I still sell real things to real people and I’m still building new sites for the holiday selling season… plenty of time.

I sell that stuff all year round because people buy it.

I also sell “new stuff” that pops up all year long.

I still sell “real products to real people” every day.

    Nothing

  • 36 Pierre // Nov 30, 2008 at 7:18 pm

How do we know if we have your new and improved Free Seo Bog Software??

Jeff Johnson says: you can tell by the version numbers of the software when you download it.

The number increases with each improvement.

We just updated it yesterday, and we are getting ready to change the download passwords.

So download the sofware every month or so and keep checking your emails for new passwords.

Will you tech us how to get traffic for or own products/.
Will we learn how to get JV Partners/ affiliates to push our products?]

Jeff Johnson says: Absolutely. That’s a very large part of my business and will be covered in the training.

  • 38 johnb // Dec 1, 2008 at 6:50 am

    Jeff,

    A couple of follow-up questions:

    1. You mention you are opening the doors on 12/4 and earlier for those on your list. Can you be more specific - what time? And when (date/time) earlier. You see I am travelling on 12/4 and won’t have access to the Internet and I don’t want to miss out.

    2. The conference calls - what time will they be. I’m not the USA and what to see what the time difference is.

    Thanks.

Jeff Johnson says: The official sales letter opens at 3pm eastern on the 4th.

The calls and/or webinars will be held on various times and dates but will be recorded and made available for all members.

There are other mechanisms for questions to be submitted if you can’t attend the calls live.

About the seo blog software…If I already have a domain with a wordpress blog installed in a subdirectory of it, when I install your seo blog software…where do I install it? you said we need a domain name for this software, if I will be using it as a different blog with a different market than my original website can it still be installed under my original domain but in a sub directory?or does it need to be in a totally different place? and can I use this installation to create many blogs?
another question about the coaching club. Are you saying that this coaching club is a step by step course andn ot just a place to ask questions? and see videos

Jeff Johnson says: You can install it on your existing domain in a sub-domain, or in a sub-directory.

But different markets should be on different domains.

As for the coaching club… it is step by step training material that also includes forum support, live training calls, etc.

Sorry I dont think my second question went through.
You had said that one can add amazon products as they are in amazon on our web 2.0 sites. Can one only do this with your atm software or can it be done manually?

Jeff Johnson says: Yes, you can do it manually. But you can’t place an amzon widget on any web 2.0 sites, it has to be your own site.

yes I am trying to market all 5, and use traffic seaker, its a joke, I can’t even get top 200 ranking in over 10 search engines and the next time I check it’s gone. I need help. I love all your information but I can’t seem to follow it. I put it up to a2thartist.com website, but don’t see anything on the website. Did I mess-up.
Please help. I want to learn to blog to get traffic.

Jeff Johnson says: The problem is that you are only seeing a small part of my material on this blog. But even that stuff is extremely detailed step by step.

The private coaching club just pulls it altogether and provides much more guidance and personal help.

But we do our best to help those of you that can’t join the club… just keep reading my emails and digging through this blog … there are dozens of hidden posts and gems to be found ;)

I went to Alta Vista and searched the word “hair” and over one BILLION searches came up! Is there a way to get a percent of those searches?Any advice is appreciated. Dell

Jeff Johnson says: Yes, my coaching applies to highly competitve markets like “hair”.

It all comes down to how much content we can find, and how much work we are willing to put into it.

How much do I need to really get rolling?

Jeff Johnson says: Outside of the coaching club tuition… a hosting account for 8 bucks a month, and I would suggest an autoresponder.

Then domains names for as little as a dollar each (.info at godaddy).

Other than that I built my first empire with less than $200 bucks a month in overhead and generated strong five figure and six figure monthly income streams… multiple income streams.

It’s really question of knowing what to do and actualy doing it the right way, and to the scale that you need.. as opposed to spending cash.

Most of the software is free , or included as part of your membership.

Hi Jeff, Can your SEO work on Affiliated sites?

Jeff Johnson says: That depends. If you host them, yes. If they are on “unique” domains, yes.

Even if they are hosted by the company you are promoting… as long as they have a sub domain you can promote as your own you can do it.

amazon hosts stores on sub domains.

and you can promote the heck out of an ebay hosted store.

Works great, but depends on the site .

But you really can’t do much with just a plain old affiliate link that you hope to rank wall in the engines… not entirely true… but a lot of work compared to your own site.

  • 50 yury // Dec 3, 2008 at 12:44 am

    What about Clickbank?

Jeff Johnson says: Not sure what you mean.

I teach people how to develop and sell clickbank products because it’s a great way to build a list and make sales quickly.

But I really don’t like to sell other people’s clickbank prodcts unless they are a jv partner.

Made lots of money selling other clickbank products, but make more selling my own products and other people’s high priced products.

On the blog I talk about clickbank:

Student uses my techniques on clickbank:
Zero to 70k in 7 days

I help student develop and launch clickbank product for 50k in two weeks
Why I don’t like to sell clickbank products as an affiliate

    Hi Jeff,

I started looking at internet marketing to sell DVDs of a movie I made (professional feature film) and feel like I’ve just stumbled into a pandora’s box of information! I don’t know where to begin!! Is there even any point to learn your methods when it comes to a 1-off product. Or should I try and use my film (car movie) as a basis for developing related materials? Thanks!

Jeff Johnson says: Always have a back-end in planned before your produce your first product.

Dont’ wait to produce your first product, just make sure it is in a market you can grow with.

How does your information/club work with an established website and blog. We are considered one of the best in our industry but I am looking to push it for more.

    blog - http://www.stitchinheaven.com/blog

Is this the kind of program that must have the website designed and supported by your group or can it work with a site supported by someone else?

Anthony Montalbano says: Our program is designed to work from newbies to experienced web users. All of the content shows you how to host your own sites, so if you’re asking if our program will work with a site that you have hosted on its own server, absolutely! The first module alone is “How to think like Jeff Johnson” and this walks you through the process on how Jeff thinks about his marketing methods and what he does to optimize his sites. Furthermore each subsequent Module will work through step-by-step instructions showing you how to build your own sites, with Jeff’s optimization in mind of course, then how to promote them using various methods, from social media, to supporting mini-network design. There is so much to learn inside of our program, and even with an established site like yours, you definitely could learn more ways and methods to “push” your site further.

    Hi Jeff

I really need some help. I am such a newbie that I don’t understand any of this.

You will probably think that I am a bit thick but it really isn’t making much sense to me at the moment. I really would love to get into affiliate marketing but just not sure where to start.

I have downloaded loads of stuff and read loads. Tried a few blogs to affiliate links on clickbank but not getting anything. I am really interested in this course, maybe that will help me.

Everything that I read assumes that I will know and understand at least some of what they are talking about and I don’t. Please help.

Jeff Johhnson says: It’s not as simple as a few links to affiliate products on your blog.

You have to know how to entice them to buy from your links, and you ned to build a list.

You should also create your own content, distribute articiles that link back to your post, and social book mark your posts.

make sure you are using proper seo tweaks to your blog.

treat each blog post like it is your main site… get incoming links to it.

But do it they easy way… don’t spend all day doing it yourself. hire someone and train them to do it

    Hi Jeff,

First I want to thank you for your amazing blog software and all great videos you offer here, so I want to know: is your private coaching club teaching can be applied on french web business or is it limited only to american market? Other question: perhaps I didn’t see this, but how much do I have to pay for this coaching club membership? Thanks again.

Jeff Johnson says: Glad you enjoy it!

My stuff applies to business and markets in general. If you have content and a business in the foreign land… it should work just fine.

Price will be revealed tomorrow for the coaching club…

  • 59 Michael D // Dec 4, 2008 at 7:11 am

This is going to be just ‘fantastic’ Perfect for me to run my own business and be financially secure. I just hope you can make it affordable to pople like me who are desperate to do this and learn from you. I can’t work physically as I’m disabled so my only income is from the government and because of the increases the world is suffering from, I’m at the stage where I’ve got more money going out than comming in, but I’m willing to even cut down further on my groceries than I am doing at the moment, to learn this course.
Please consider people in my situation when it comes to payments because quite a few of us are willing to sacrifice our income when it means by doing so, we’ll be much better off in the near future.
It’s plain to see that this course can make sure that those who are willing to take it seriously and work hard at it, are going to be winners. I for one am a winner but your course will ensure that I’ll allways come in first, not just occasionally.
Thanks so much for giving us all this chance Jeff.

  • 61 CJ Brehme // Dec 4, 2008 at 11:56 am

Well, I have posted two comments and have not seen even one resonse. I have a hearing deficiency so guess that means, those of us who do, will get no attention from you, and as you told one guy who said he had hearing problems, to forget the thought of working your program so guess I will forget it too. CJ

    Jeff Johnson says:

I didn’t tell him to just forget my program, I told him it may cause problems for him since we don’t have written text for our 50 hours plus of videos and audio.

I was simply being honest and respectful…. I don’t want people’s money unless I think I can help them.

If I don’t think I can help, I tell them so.

we are getting over a hundred comment posts a day and simply can’t keep up.

People keep asking for technical support… but we give the software away for free so we simply can’t spend our days servicing every request.

We help when we can, and we’ve done that well over a thousand times.. for free.

I’m sorry you don’t appreciate my efforts to deliver high quality software and content for free and still balance it with my own primary workload.

I’m sorry, but these are not technical help and support forums. If you are a member of my coaching club simply submit your questions in the private support forums and my guys will take care of you.

If you aren’t a member of my coaching club, please take the time to review our tutorials and FAQ sections.

We’ve spent a great deal of time helping people with our free stuff… and one thing we’ve learned is that 90% of all technical issues have already been covered in our tutorials and/or FAQ section.

For the 10% of those technical issues that can’t be solved by reviewing the free training material, they normally revolve around hosting account issues, or user issues, and we simply can’t spare the time to help each person individually.

I strongly recommend that you consult with your hosting account provider if you are having problems with the blog after it has been installed, or with other related issues such as error pages or database issues.

I sincerely appreciate your interest in our free software but we really need to focus our efforts on running our main business… so we can’t guarantee support for our free stuff… it’s free, so please enjoy it if you can.

    Hi Jeff,

Any one you has $4997 to waist should just join Liberty League International.
It astonish”s me that you sounded so “honest” until you got your site up & running.
THEN WHAMMO…I didn’t mention this before…but here is the price $4997

    Very disappointed,
    Val

Jeff Johnson says: Not sure I follow your line of reasoning.. how is it dishonest to charge any price, as long as that price is disclosed prior to purchase?

Not to mention… I make it quite clear in my free tutorials that my clients have paid between 5k, 10k, 15k and even 25k for my coaching clubs.

This is actually one of my most affordable for the level of service I’m offering.

    Sorry you feel that way.

The repayment plan seems less than easy. One payment of $547 now and 3 more in December. Thats what your cart says! Can’t it be spread out?

Anthony Montalbano says: This is how the 4 payment system works…
    $547 when you sign up
$547 30 days after you sign up
$547 60 days after you sign up
$547 90 days after you sign up

    Hello Jeff,

I happend to see your name on a paper written by Yanik Silver.
And glancing at your web pages, I like what you are doing for other people through the SEO Blog Software and your coaching.

What do you think the adaptability of them in to Japanese market?
In other words, what if I just install the SW in Japanese Internet environment, and also what if I just translate your coaching e-mails into Japanese?

If you think they will work so so for Japanese market, I’d like to translate your coaching e-mail voluntarily.

    Thanks in advance.

Jeff Johnson says: My lessons and teaching are all in English, so transcribing them to japanese wouldn’t really do much

Please DO NOT translate my copyrighted material. I prefer to control my message and I can’t speak japanese, so I can’t control it :)

As for will the techniques work in the japanese markets… yes, my traffic-getting strategies have been used in multiple foreign markets successfully… as long as there are buyers searching for your topic, you have enough content, and search engines you should be fine.

  • 72 T.Okubo // Dec 8, 2008 at 11:35 pm

    Hi Jeff,
    Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I know I cannot translate your copyrighted materials without your approval legally.

Yet, please let me know when you are interested in it.
I’ll learn about your traffic-getting strategies further more and utilize them.
    Thank you.
