    Well… I clicked on the product launch 3.0 link, which took me to the page to sign up for Jeff’s email list (which I was already on), and the video’s page, and an early bird sign up link – which I filled in. But other than the email I got that says I”m added to the early bird list, I can’t find anything that qualifies as a receipt… so I have no idea what it is you’re wanting us to send you :(

    Hi Jeff,

    Your bonus is very compelling! One question: What if we try PLF 3.0 and find for whatever reason it is not for us and ask for a refund in the 30 day period? Do we still get to keep all your bonus just for trying PLF 3.0? (I think this was your offer for Eben Pagan’s Guru program but it seems to be modified for PLF 3.0 and just want to be sure.)

      Sorry, but custom built sites are not something I can offer even if you refund.

      But I’ll defintely see what I can do about some of the other stuff.

        Jeff, I am still waiting. It is now over a month that I purchased the GBP program.

          I’m sorry but, as I explained o you before, you were not on our orginal list of confirmed buyers from Eben’s team so technically you did not qualify for my bonus.

          You have to understand that my bonus offer isn’t some low-value reprint rights product… we build sites for you, give you access to our exclusive membership sites, etc.

          So we can’t just give it away for free…

          So since you were not on the list Eben’s team gave us originally, you weren’t entitled to my bonus.

          However, we told you we’d contact Eben’s team for you, and we have, multiple times.

          I believe we were finally able to work it out in your favor.

          My admin assistant who handle the bonus offers has been out of the office for family reasons the last few days but I’ll be sure to have her, or another staff member contact you about your bonus today or tomorrow.

          I appreciate your patience and the use of my link :)

            thank you for your reply. Ofcourse I understand your situation. I hope you also understands mine.
            Technically something went wrong, which wasn’t my fault. I contacted both parties different times, and Eben’s team confirms that I purchased through your link, and promises me that they will contact you. Your side, also informs me that you will contact Eben’s team.
            A month goes by, and I hear nothing.

            Again I contacted Eben’s support, and I got this confirmation:

    Hey Jeff,

    Big problem with my PLF order.

    I thought I ordered through your affiliate link, but it turns out the receipt is for Jeff Walker’s own link.

    Yikes!

    I’d like to see you get paid and clear up the issue with Jeff Walker, said to send him an email regarding confirmation of the order and his name is the affiliate.

    How do you recommend that I straighten this all out?

      I don’t have a list of buyers from Walker’s team yet…

      I forwarded the info to my assistnats, all of whom are out for the long holiday weekend.

      However, in order to protect their clients and their affiliates will require that the purchaser (you) contact them and request the affilate change.

      I can’t guarantee that they’ll change it but it’s worth a try.

    Do you have a product support desk for Jeff Walker please?
    I purchased PLF2.0 last year – just went to the site as i am doing a launch and now it is simply a sales page for PLF3.0!
    I just wanted to know where my PLF 2.0 content has gone as I really need it for the launch.
    Perhaps you can help?
